Painswick by Ed Kuz is a 3 colour design, screen printed in the UK onto a heavyweight linen union.
Ed explains the inspiration for his design:
"The geometric planting, terraces, avenues, rides (scenic walks) and follies in the Rococco Garden at Painswick were completed in the 1740s by Benjamin Hyett, son of Charles Hyett who began buiding his new house 'Buenos Aires' (good air) here as an escape from the smog of Gloucester. The linear structure and bold forms of the gardens inspired this textile." Find out more about the Rococco Garden.
