Doveflight by Mark Hearld explores recurring themes within the artist’s work: birds, wildlife and the natural world. Printed in two shades of blue on oyster linen union, the design was developed from a hand-carved linocut and retains the layered qualities of the original artwork. The repeating pattern draws upon Hearld’s long-standing interest in British flora and fauna and the decorative possibilities of printmaking. Curated as part of the St Jude’s collection of artist-designed fabrics.

Online, fabric can currently only be ordered in whole-metre units. If you'd like a specific part-metre length (for example, 3.7m), please contact us by email and we'll arrange a custom invoice for you. Our minimum order per fabric is 1m.
