Squirrel and Sunflower fabric
Colourway: Brick Red
Squirrel and Sunflower by Mark Hearld was developed from an original linocut and reflects the artist’s long-standing fascination with British wildlife and garden plants. Printed in earthy red on oatmeal linen union, the design pairs squirrels and sunflower heads within a repeating pattern that retains the character of the original print. The design forms part of the St Jude’s collection of artist-designed textiles, drawing together observation, printmaking and decorative design.
